Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the heavy equipment sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Class 3 driver's license is required.
- Own car is preferred for client visits and site inspections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of heavy equipment or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
