Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in conducting site inspections, measurements, and data collection to ensure project accuracy.
- Prepare and organize technical drawings, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Support the implementation of engineering plans by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and report discrepancies or potential risks to supervisors promptly.
- Conduct basic quality control checks to verify adherence to safety protocols and design specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material requisitions, and procurement requests.
- Maintain and update project records, including as-built drawings, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), or other engineering software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
