Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and material inventories.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to minimize hazards and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Review engineering drawings and blueprints to identify potential discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams, including laborers, technicians, and junior engineers.
- Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials, tools, and equipment to meet project demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field engineering, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel or extended hours as needed.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
