Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, government agencies) to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements for telecom deployments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations without compromising quality.
- Manage contract negotiations, vendor selections, and procurement activities to support project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry, with a focus on network infrastructure, fiber optics, or wireless systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale telecom projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of telecom standards (ITU, 3GPP, ETSI), project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile), and tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CCNA are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by project demands.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
