Join AVAC Project and Construction Managers as a Senior MEPFS Project Engineer and take the lead in delivering high-impact mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitation (MEPFS) systems for cutting-edge construction projects in Bali. In this role, you will oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEPFS systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, local regulations, and client specifications. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEPFS systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEPFS components.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEPFS installations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals for MEPFS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEPFS installations during construction and post-handover.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field) with a focus on MEPFS systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPFS project engineering, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing MEPFS installations from design to commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software for system modeling and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of international codes (NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC) and Indonesian construction regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate technical details clearly.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
