Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, preferably in compressed air systems.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
