Responsibility
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation and process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to assess business needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Monitor and measure the performance of automated processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new automation tools and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in process automation and innovation.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, ROI, and key performance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, automation, or a similar role, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or service industry.
- Proven experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex processes into actionable automation solutions.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across departments.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or RPA is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
