Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in the daily supervision and monitoring of construction site activities.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain detailed daily site reports and document project progress for management review.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges and discrepancies in designs.
- Participate in safety briefings and promote a culture of zero-harm on the worksite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an industrial environment.
- Willingness to be based in Samalaju/Bintulu and work in a construction site setting.
