Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day fit-out construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material submissions, and shop drawings for accuracy.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including photos, measurements, and status updates to project managers.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to optimize construction processes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out construction, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishing standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other construction management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Bali.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
