Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Create and update technical drawings, schematics, and layouts to support project and production requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze mechanical systems, identify improvements, and implement design modifications.
- Maintain accurate engineering records, documentation, and bill of materials (BOM) for all projects.
- Support the prototyping and testing of mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Liaise with production teams to troubleshoot design issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed mechanical solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in mechanical engineering and recommend innovative tools or methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
