Responsibility
- Oversee and manage earthworks operations, including excavation, grading, and compaction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation related to earthworks activities.
- Implement and enforce environmental and sustainability practices in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilize advanced surveying and geotechnical tools to assess site conditions and optimize earthworks processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with local authorities and communities to ensure smooth project execution and positive stakeholder relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in earthworks or civil construction projects, preferably in a site engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks techniques, soil mechanics, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in dynamic, outdoor environments.
