Responsibility
- Monitor and track project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather updates and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain project control tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proposing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project control, project management, or a similar role within the telecom or engineering industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in project documentation and reporting.
