Responsibility
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems in milling facilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Support preventive maintenance programs for electrical machinery and control systems
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize mill operations and energy efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or mill operations
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and control circuits
- Familiarity with PLC systems and automation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments and lift moderate weights
