Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
- Monitor system reliability and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with a focus on PLC and SCADA systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
- Experience with industrial automation and control systems in manufacturing or process industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, NEC) and safety protocols.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
