Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of cable systems for electrical, telecommunication, or industrial applications.
- Perform technical calculations (e.g., load capacity, voltage drop, material specifications) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, electrical engineers) to refine designs and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for cable system projects.
- Review and validate design specifications against client requirements and regulatory codes.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers for material selection and sourcing.
- Participate in site visits or inspections to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of cable design principles, electrical systems, or mechanical drafting.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Fusion 360) is a plus.
