Responsibility
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, test, and optimize production workflows for electronic components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Oversee the introduction of new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Keysight’s quality management systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on best practices and new processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, PLC programming, and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Python, or MATLAB).
- Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, or other relevant quality certifications is advantageous.
