Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for construction projects in Bali.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize MEP system performance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify adherence to MEP plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance certificates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP systems, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing any MEP-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design and coordination software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
