Responsibility
- Lead and manage a facilities team to ensure the maintenance and operational efficiency of resort infrastructure.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for facility upgrades and expansions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align facility strategies with business objectives and guest experience goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation for facility projects.
- Drive innovation in facility management through technology adoption and process optimization.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards across all properties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects within the hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and facility management software.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
