Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
