Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage MEP-related budgets and resources efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in project management or MEP-related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
