This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the maintenance and optimization of HVAC systems across premium commercial and residential properties in Bali's most vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will directly impact the comfort and safety of occupants while maintaining high standards of energy efficiency and system reliability.

Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and commission new HVAC systems according to technical specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor system performance and adjust settings for energy efficiency and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Class 3 HVAC Technician certification or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties.
