Responsibility
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for robotics hardware, software, and integrated systems to global clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to robotic arms, PLCs, sensors, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to document troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and best practices in bilingual (English/Mandarin) formats.
- Conduct remote or on-site system debugging, calibration, and performance optimization for industrial robotics applications.
- Train end-users and internal teams on robotics system operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging robotics technologies, industry standards, and competitive products to enhance support quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in robotics technical support, automation engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English; ability to translate technical documentation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC, UR), PLC programming, and motion control systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting robotic hardware (servo motors, encoders, I/O modules) and software (ROS, LabVIEW, or proprietary platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet SLAs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or client meetings (if required).
