Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies and optimize project workflows.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A professional engineering license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD software, and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung and surrounding areas as needed.
