Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement best practices for site operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as required.
