Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from design and procurement to mechanical completion and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, and operations) to align project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, local Indonesian regulations).
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including contract negotiations, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs.
- Support sustainability initiatives by integrating eco-friendly practices into project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the industrial gases, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, HAZOP) and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across Indonesia.
