Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF units, AHUs, and control systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs for clients.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to recommend system upgrades or replacements tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and on-site technicians to elevate team capabilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work complies with local regulations and Johnson Controlsâ global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in servicing and repairing chillers, VRF systems, AHUs, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC automation (e.g., Johnson Controls Metasys, Carrier, or Daikin systems).
- Certifications such as EPA 608, LEED, or local HVAC certifications are highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
