Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to address concerns and obtain necessary approvals.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
