Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with local and international building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment with project milestones.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to minimize risks and create a zero-accident work environment.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and reduce project costs.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and conflicts, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, foremen, and laborers, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in OSHA, PMP, or similar safety/project management credentials is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
