Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and schematics for HVAC systems, including chillers and AC units, using CAD software.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, including material, labor, and equipment expenses.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Review and analyze project blueprints and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary data for estimations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tender documents.
- Provide technical support to the installation and maintenance teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an HVAC Drafter or Estimator, with a focus on chiller and AC systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and estimation tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali is a plus.
