Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical and M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Oversee site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, including financial updates, milestones, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on M&E systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in commercial, residential, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, local regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, PUIL, SNI).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
