Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of product and process engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize product performance and manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new product and process initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product and process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, process engineering, or project management within a manufacturing or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from inception to delivery, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance in product development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
