Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Inspect and test electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and distribution panels.
- Collaborate with facility managers to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports.
- Assist in emergency repairs and system upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering (PW2/PW4 license required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance for buildings or industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
