Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout project execution.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external partners to procure materials and services as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as required.
