Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
- Participate in client meetings to present project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (licensed engineers preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia is a plus.
