Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on die casting machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and implement effective repair solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential failures and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts replacements, and downtime logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings to meet precise manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations during maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician, preferably in die casting or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
