Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents on-site.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols (OSHA, local regulations).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to project locations.
