Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems, including control panels, wiring diagrams, and automation solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems into broader projects.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and manuals, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues in existing systems, proposing cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement in electrical engineering practices.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and electronic system design, maintenance, or troubleshooting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW).
- Strong knowledge of industrial standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO) and safety regulations.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian or Malay is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
