Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple branch locations or a designated geographic region.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operations management, supervision, or a similar leadership role within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, compliance standards, and performance metrics in engineering services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regional business practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions as needed.
