As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, blueprints, and engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely material delivery and resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage project budgets and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permits is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
