Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in construction project management or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permits in Bali is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
