Responsibility
- Project Leadership: End-to-end management of data center construction, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals with business objectives.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and CBRE policies.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for transparency and accountability.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous QA/QC processes to meet technical specifications and industry best practices.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Integrate energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions into data center designs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in data center project management, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of data center design (electrical, mechanical, cooling, security systems) and industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute).
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. LEED or sustainability certifications a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients in high-pressure environments.
- Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, cost-control, and financial forecasting skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and business practices is advantageous.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally regionally.
