Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on semiconductor components to verify compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair logs in compliance with company protocols.
- Adhere to strict safety and cleanroom protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new semiconductor equipment, ensuring proper integration into existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, cleanroom operations, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
