As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and process efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance and process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the supply chain or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
