Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential properties.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air-conditioning units, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
- Optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs through system upgrades and calibration.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver tailored climate control solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, inventory, and work orders.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration system installation and maintenance.
- Certification in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, ASHRAE) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and electrical controls.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
