Responsibility
- Perform sustaining engineering activities for RF hardware, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Optimize RF circuit performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware issues and implement design improvements.
- Conduct lifecycle management for RF components, including obsolescence management and cost reduction initiatives.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate RF hardware performance and reliability.
- Document technical findings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and apply best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RF hardware design, testing, and sustaining engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF circuit design, impedance matching, and signal integrity.
- Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Familiarity with PCB design tools and simulation software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical information clearly.
