Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects in Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies for all assigned initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of data centre design, construction, and operational best practices (e.g., Uptime Institute standards, TIA-942).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
