Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across production lines.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for operational teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and implement preventive measures to ensure long-term process stability.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, or materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities and sustainability.
- Support new product introductions by ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing, preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Hands-on experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex manufacturing challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
