Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of crane and material handling systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of material handling equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for crane operations and material handling safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on crane systems, conveyors, or automated material handling.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of industrial standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, CEMA) and safety protocols for heavy machinery.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali or internationally as required.
