Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and production, to meet project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hydraulic and mechanical systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the hydraulics or heavy machinery industry.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, fluid dynamics, and mechanical design principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) and regulatory compliance requirements.
