Responsibility
- Assist in daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Support the development and maintenance of facility management dashboards
- Conduct regular inspections and report on facility conditions
- Help implement preventive maintenance programs
- Assist in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Participate in facility improvement projects
- Document maintenance procedures and operational processes
- Collaborate with team members on facility-related projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an engineering or facility management program
- Basic understanding of facility operations and maintenance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
